Mr. Hinojosa offers over 20 years of Civil Engineering experience working in the San Antonio Metropolitan Area. For the past 3 years Mr. Hinojosa has served as GGC’s lead Civil Engineer and Project Manager working on roadway projects for the Alamo Regional Mobility Authority, Bexar County Public Works, and the City of San Antonio. He is pre-certified by TxDOT in 11 work categories including schematic design, roadway design, signing and marking, hydrology & hydraulics, and roadway construction management.  From 2008-2011 Mr Hinojosa worked as a Project Manager on the Bexar County Flood Control Program (BCFC) where he coordinated with Bexar County Staff to deliver various flood control projects on time and within budget. The projects included coordination with the public, right of way taking, coordination with various regulatory agencies, environmental permitting, and utility coordination.
