As the prime consultant, GGC was responsible for the design and preparation of PS&E documentation as well as for construction inspection services. The project entailed a new road construction (15,613 L.F.) through undeveloped property within a 120-foot right-of-way, consisting of a four-lane, two-way roadway with a 14-foot grass median with concrete curbs on both sides. The project also involved site grading, six (6) culvert crossings, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and reconstruction of a portion of Talley Road (1,449 L.F.).
